Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative
(SDR) to accelerate Pranthoras growth across North America and India. In this role, you will
drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, penetrate target markets, and build a strong
top-of-funnel pipeline for our Voice AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across North America and India
Execute outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and partner
channels
Conduct initial outreach, discovery conversations, and nurture leads to the demo
stage
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting
Develop a strong understanding of Voice AI use cases across industries and verticals
Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand platform capabilities
Represent Pranthora at industry events, partnerships, and networking opportunities
Continuously refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), outreach strategies, and
messaging
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or BDR roles
Proven success in outbound prospecting for North American markets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
Hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong ownership
mindset
Ability to work during EST-aligned hours
Preferred Experience
Experience in Voice AI, Contact Center AI, Conversational AI, or Developer Platforms
Exposure to enterprise and mid-market sales cycles
Prior North American sales or outbound experience
