Now were looking for a Ninja SDR someone who can sell to anyone, anywhere, anytime.


The Mission


Youll be the growth engine of Turnix driving global sales, building partnerships, and getting our founder on calls with high-value clients ranging from schools to enterprise SaaS buyers.


Your goal:

Close $10K$20K deals like its second nature.

Build a worldwide sales pipeline and manage relationships that actually convert.

Represent world-class products with confidence, charisma, and clarity.


What Youll Do
  • Prospect, qualify & close international leads (schools, SaaS clients, B2B partners).
  • Demo products at scale Nail IB, Examplit, and Turnix-built SaaS tools.
  • Book and manage meetings across global time zones, syncing directly with the founders calendar.
  • Follow up shamelessly build a system of persistence, not pressure.
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals with schools, institutions, or businesses.
  • Create partnerships and distribution opportunities to scale globally.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion performance.


Who You Are
  • A world-class communicator who can connect, persuade, and close across cultures.
  • Shameless in follow-ups you dont ghost and dont take ghosting personally.
  • Tech-savvy familiar with SaaS, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound automation.
  • Fluent in English (bonus if you can handle international accents effortlessly).
  • Confident on Zoom/Google Meet demos and product presentations.
  • Has experience in EdTech / SaaS sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • High-agency mindset: you create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
