Sales & Customer Experience Executive

As our furniture brand grows, customers are visiting our factory/store to experience our sofas before buying.

Were looking for someone who can guide these customers, help them choose the right sofa, and manage the order journey end-to-end.

What youll do:

Handle customers visiting our factory showroom

Understand their space, needs & preferences

Recommend the right sofa designs, fabrics & configurations

Convert visits into orders

Maintain visitor records & follow up with leads

Coordinate orders, delivery & customer communication

Who this is for:

25 years in furniture / interior / retail sales

Someone who enjoys talking to customers and building trust

Good communication + understanding of design & materials

Organised and comfortable managing follow-ups

Compensation:

30k45k fixed salary

Incentives on every order closed

Location: Factory near Sarjapur, Bangalore
