We are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to act as a key link between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate order processing, and timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and order execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
• Prepare sales proposals, reports, and documentation
• Good me with mailing, tech savy .
• Good at Communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred:

• B2B or vendor management experience
• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics
