Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for the position of Sales Coordinator. This role includes generation of new business leads via calls, emails, and B2B portals like IndiaMART & Alibaba, coordinate with clients to understand requirements and prepare quotations. Maintain accurate sales records, track orders, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle customer inquiries.

Basic computer applications such as MS Office for maintaining client records and generating reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams effectively.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address and resolve customer concerns and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Knowledge of flexible packaging manufacturing processes or experience in a related industry is an added advantage.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
