Sales Coordinator

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Coordinator position based in Noida. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing sales documentation, assisting with customer inquiries, tracking sales performance, and ensuring all administrative tasks related to sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

What you need:

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and understanding of Sales Operations to ensure efficient support for the sales team.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 13 years of experience in sales coordination or business support
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
