- Application Integration. Connectors Configuration .
- SailPoint Application-level Upgrade. Application Sanity Check Post Patching. Troubleshooting Application-level issue. Attribute Mapping in Application.
- Troubleshooting SailPoint (System Failure).
- Onboard Application Source/Reconcile Application Source/Application Integration. Reconcile Account and Entitlement Information. Identify and Remediate Aggregation Issues. Identify and Resolve Orphaned Accounts Manage Dormant Accounts.
- Maintain System Settings and Security. Perform System Maintenance and Updates. Monitor and Maintain Tasks.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting. Identity Lifecycle Management. Knowledge of Python and JAVA.
