Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Associate who is passionate about building scalable SaaS products and improving digital user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to support product development, feature execution, and product optimization.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build expertise in product management, SaaS platforms, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in product planning, roadmap execution, and feature launches.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, feedback, and product insights.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Track product performance using data, user analytics, and feedback loops.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support QA testing, bug tracking, and feature validation.
• Improve product workflows and user experience based on insights and data.
• Maintain product documentation and internal knowledge resources.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 02 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, SaaS, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
