Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an RSA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional with 1+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining IGA solutions and onboarding new applications into the platform. The ideal candidate Should have a good experience of RSA IGL/IGA (Aveksa) architecture, workflows, connectors, and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and application integrations as part of IGA lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to RSA IGA components (Aveksa Server, Connectors, Agents, etc.).
  • Handle user access requests, approvals, certification campaigns, and provisioning/de-provisioning activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, AD, and application teams for issue resolution.
  • Perform health checks, patch updates, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability.
  • Prepare and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.

Application Onboarding:

  • Work with application owners and business stakeholders to gather access management and entitlement details.
  • Design and configure new application integrations within RSA IGA (using OOTB connectors like AD, DB, LDAP, or custom collectors).
  • Create and modify data collectors, rules, workflows, and forms as per application requirements.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for onboarding, provisioning, and certification processes.
  • Maintain and update metadata for onboarded applications (access matrix, entitlement mapping, ownership, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to organizations IAM governance and compliance standards during onboarding.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation for onboarding, integration configurations, and change management activities.
  • Generate operational and compliance reports from RSA IGA as required.
  • Support audits by providing required evidence and system information.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in RSA IGA (Aveksa) or any other Product (such as Saviynt, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, IBM ISIM, Arcon), except SailPoint implementation and support.
  • Candidates must be willing to learn RSA Aveksa
  • Hands-on experience with RSA IGA workflows, collectors, connectors, and entitlement management.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Databases (SQL/Oracle), and application access models.
  • Experience in troubleshooting provisioning failures, workflow errors, and access review issues.
  • Familiarity with access request, certification, and role management modules in RSA IGA.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands and SQL queries for log analysis and backend troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a support team environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate to stakeholders of the issue and resolutions


Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and custom connector development.
  • Experience in automation scripting (Shell, Python) for repetitive IAM tasks.
  • Understanding of Identity lifecycle management and governance processes.
  • RSA Certification (e.g., RSA IGA Implementation or Administration) would be an added advantage.
