Role Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and adaptive Project Manager to lead projects from initial conception through to successful delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the driving force behind the project team. Your goal is to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Strategy: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

• Resource Management: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members while managing internal and external resources effectively.

• Timeline Oversight: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and develop contingency plans to keep the momentum going.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.

• Budgeting: Track project costs to ensure completion within the approved budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in project management (industry-specific experience preferred).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Scrum Master) certification is a major plus.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, time management, and "grace under pressure" during tight deadlines.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with project management software and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Efficiency: Reducing project "scope creep" and hitting 90%+ of milestones on time.

• Team Health: Maintaining high team morale and clear communication across departments.

• Quality: Delivering results that meet or exceed the original project requirements.
