Job Description
We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath to design and deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end RPA initiatives, work closely with business and sales teams, and drive automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Location: Bangalore / India (Open to Travel Domestic & International)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, native RPA architectures for enterprise-grade systems
- Architect and lead development of RPA solutions, including intelligent bots and autonomous automation systems
- Provide end-to-end technical solutions across RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with enterprise platforms, cloud services, and APIs
- Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA projects from requirement gathering through production support
- Own and define the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
- Establish and enforce best practices in RPA development, AI/ML models (where applicable), and software engineering standards
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to articulate RPA solution feasibility and business value
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, contribute to proposal writing, effort estimations, and client presentations
- Deliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage RPA development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, project delivery, and team coordination, as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall 10+ years of experience in RPA
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
- Proven expertise in RPA architecture design and enterprise automation strategy
- Experience working on large-scale, complex RPA programs
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities
