Robotics Educator

OLL is dedicated to fostering practical learning beyond traditional education, with a mission to create a billion daily active learners. Educators at OLL teach over 20,000 children daily across India through offline schools and online platforms in more than eight countries. The organization offers over 100 hands-on skills, including Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy. OLL hosts Skill Tank, a national platform for students to present their business ideas, airing on CNBC TV18. Additionally, the Skill Bharat Association champions skill development in India, featuring an annual award show, the Skill Bharat Samman.

This full-time, on-site role as a Robotics Educator is based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering robotics lessons, creating interactive teaching materials, and engaging students in hands-on learning experiences. The Educator will also provide training sessions, foster curiosity about robotics and technology, and refine lesson content to meet evolving educational needs.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education skills to design and execute effective learning experiences
• Strong Communication skills to engage with students and collaborate with team members
• Experience in Teaching and Training, with an ability to inspire and motivate learners
• Passion for robotics and technology, combined with a creative and proactive mindset
• Bachelors degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field; a teaching certification is an advantage
• Adaptability for working with different age groups and skill levels
