Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Implement Document Understanding / IQ Bot for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
• Configure and train ML models for document classification and data extraction.
• Optimize OCR using ABBYY, Tesseract, or Google Vision API.
• Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Test, debug, monitor, and maintain automation solutions.
• Follow RPA best practices for scalability, security, and exception handling.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360), Control Room, and Bot management.
• Experience with Document Understanding / IQ Bot and OCR tools.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C, or Python; working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT).
• Automation Anywhere certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud automation, AI/ML integrations, and other RPA tools.
