Key Activities:
Annual budget preparation - MIS , Variance analysis and overhead expense reporting 

Quarterly / Half yearly / Annually reporting of ex and variance  for Marketing division                                                                                                                                                                          

Reporting of funds to Corporate treasury for incoming & outgoing payments -        

Monthly Provision  review & check                                 

GL  reconciliation  & scrutiny  MOM  Tax compliance and TDS  reporting     

Expense reporting Vs per the budget.  Local Tax & compliance with Government authorities  

TDS Certificates collection and accounting the same in our books, before couriering the original certificates to Corporate Taxation.

Depo / Branch accounting of STU Business and its compliances, extending support to AMC Business / Service Products.

Checking and processing Dealer claims (Sales Promotion schemes, DSE incentives,

Parts local claims as well as LCV claims ).
-         Balance Confirmation for all dealers on half yearly/yearly basis.
-         Reconciliation of claims with all dealers on a quarterly basis.
-         Processing of communication as well as other expenses for all employees and arranging for payment.
-         Vendor bill processing and payment.
-         Bank BRS and Balance Confirmation.
-         Collection of IBND Certificates during quarter end for all dealers/customers/IS customers.
