Overview:

Position summary:

The Rewards Administrator supports a range of operational activities including processes throughout the employee lifecycle, project work, immigration, data integrity, employee enquiries, Tool of trade support, Christmas Vouchers for the business, and providing general administrative assistance to the People & Culture Reward Team.


Key responsibilities:

What are the primary responsibilities of the role?

How will this be measured?

Process, System and Improvements:

  • Maintain and continuously improve Rewards policies, procedures, templates and related Intranet pages.
  • Administer the Service Awards program (eligibility tracking, ordering, vendor coordination, distribution and record-keeping).
  • Coordinate Christmas vouchers.
  • Support Immigration administration (status tracking, documentation storing, reporting and audit readiness).
  • Administer Tool of Trade processes.


Measures:

  • Rewards documentation and Intranet pages updated and accurate.
  • Service Awards and Christmas vouchers delivered on time and error-free.
  • Immigration records maintained and compliant; zero audit findings.


Tool of Trade:

  • Requests processed within SLA accurate inventory/records.
  • Audits & compliance monitoring.
  • Spare fleet vehicle utilization.


Support Reward function:

  • Bulk data preparation and uploads to systems as required.
  • Respond to basic employee queries related to Rewards programs.
  • Data entry and record-keeping with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administration support and reporting related to remuneration changes and compliance requirements, as needed.
  • General administrative support.


Measures:

  • Audit data delivered in required formats and timelines.
  • Accurate and timely reports / insights to stakeholders.
  • Other duties as directed.

Key requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

Mandatory (critical for the role):

  • High School Degree required.
  • Work experience of 5+ year in any setting.
  • Microsoft Office suite experience.


Desirable (preferable for the role):

  • Tertiary Education beneficial.
  • Experience in professional work setting desired.
