Revit Modeller – (HVAC / PHE / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP systems (HVAC / PHE / Electrical) based on project design inputs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from Revit models.
• Coordinate models across different disciplines to ensure clash-free, constructible designs .
• Implement BIM standards and workflows in project deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain design intent.
• Participate in model review, clash detection, and coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks .
• Maintain documentation, templates, and family libraries according to company and project standards.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of drawings and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeller in HVAC, PHE, or Electrical domain.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and related BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and project documentation workflows .
• Understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and coordination principles.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
