Plan Consultant / Plan Management Billing and Invoicing Domain: US Retirement Services / Wealth Solutions.

Role Description

Reviewing output from client specific fee programs

Completing the quarterly invoice reporting

Interfacing with Finance team

On-going tracking of SLA credits and any invoice concessions

Clients are billed monthly/quarterly.

High Financial Risk demands 100% Accuracy.

Clients have customized fee programs and requirements which are not uniform across the business.

Processing is entangled with client facing work.

Client based SLAs. Systems:

OMNI, Slingshot Invoicing System Skills and Competencies:

Strong Mathematical skills required Strong Excel

Financial skills (billing/invoicing)

Accounting skills

Attention to Detail is critical.

Strong Subject Matter Expertise

OMNI Skills an added advantage

Engaging Analytical

Highly Organized Qualifications

College Degree

3-8 years of Defined Contribution work & operations experience

2-5 Defined Contribution Client Billing and Invoicing experience

Solid technical aptitude of MS Office with strong excel

Knowledge of Omni is a plus
