We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at a high-end luxury retail store. Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulations and licensing requirements applicable to beverage retail.
- Drive store sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience to customers.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase footfall and conversions.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
