Key Responsibilities
Store Operations

Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
Ensure adherence to all local regulations and licensing requirements applicable to beverage retail.

Sales and Customer Experience

Drive store sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience to customers.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase footfall and conversions.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Create staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.

Inventory and Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products.

Financial Management

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
Prior experience managing store teams and sales targets.
