Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Resume Writer to join our team in a full-time, onsite night shift role based in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and formatting technology resumes for the US staffing industry and be familiar with the expectations of clients and vendors in the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, format, and edit IT and technology resumes for consultants based on the US market standards.
• Customize and tailor resumes according to specific job requirements and client needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and candidates to extract relevant project details, roles, responsibilities, and achievements.
• Ensure high-quality, ATS-friendly formatting, grammar, and consistency across all resumes.
• Maintain turnaround times and handle multiple profiles daily without compromising quality.
• Keep updated on the latest trends and best practices in resume writing for the US market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 37 years of experience in resume writing, specifically for technology roles in the US staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, technologies, and project terminologies.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and keyword optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment during night shift (US timings).
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
