Tvaste Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is a Bengaluru-based construction company focused on residential house projects. We work with individual house owners and plot owners, delivering transparent pricing, quality execution, and a structured construction process from planning to handover.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Construction Sales Executive (B2C) based in Bengaluru.

The role involves handling residential construction enquiries from house owners and plot owners, explaining Tvastes construction process, scope of work, quality standards, and cost positioning, and driving clients from enquiry to agreement signing.

This is a client-facing, target-oriented role focused on site visits, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion. This is not a property brokerage role.

This role requires comfort with frequent client calls, follow-ups, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound residential construction leads (plot owners / house owners)
• Understand client requirements and explain construction process, scope of work, quality standards, and overall pricing logic
• Conduct structured follow-ups and convert enquiries into site visits
• Coordinate and attend site visits with clients
• Address budget concerns, price comparisons, and client objections confidently
• Drive discussions towards agreement finalisation and advance collection
• Coordinate with internal teams during the pre-construction stage

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills
• Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory)
• Prior client-facing experience in residential construction or interiors is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-linked role
• Basic understanding of construction concepts such as materials, stages, and costing
• Diploma or BE Civil preferred but not mandatory for the right communicator

Compensation

Fixed salary of 20,000 30,000 per month

Performance-linked incentives based on successful project conversions

This role is not for real estate brokers or pure property sales professionals.

This position focuses on residential construction consultation, site visits, and closure.
