Residential Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Residential Architect role based in Kochi. The Residential Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs and overseeing the development of residential projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, integrating innovative architectural solutions, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring quality control throughout the design and construction process. The role requires active collaboration with clients and teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Modern, Minimalist designs tailored for the 2026 Kochi market.
• Expertise in 3D Walkthroughs (Lumion/Enscape) for social media presentations.
• Knowledge of the latest Self-Certified Building Permit rules.
• A "Freelance Partner" mindset you grow as the brand grows.
• The Project: A premium 3BHK/4BHK independent villa targeting the Infopark/SmartCity demographic.

We are currently looking to with a creative and detail-oriented Architect for upcoming G+1 residential projects in Kerala.

Requirements:

Strong experience in modern residential planning

Knowledge of vastu principles

Ability to optimise compact plots (7001500 sqft homes)

Coordination with structural & MEP teams

This is for immediate project execution.
