About the Role:

This full-time opportunity is designed for bright and motivated freshers/early-career professionals from Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, and Engineering backgrounds passionate about politics, policy, and research. The ideal candidate will work on real-world political challenges in a dynamic political consultancy team. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Noida or Bengaluru and willing to travel to project locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research on political, economic, geostrategic, and policy issues.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports, briefs, memos, and other documents.
• Creating actionable policy insights through extensive primary and secondary research

What We Require

• Strong inclination towards research and critical thinking.
• Keen interest in current affairs, economics, with a political bent of mind.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Notebook LM, and other niche research AI tools.
• Proficiency in using Canva, Datawrapper, Figma, Gamma, Napkin AI, etc.
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, Punjabi, dialects from Hilly states is preferred.
