Senora Asset Management is looking to add a senior research professional to anchor and elevate our large-cap investment strategy.

We run a high-conviction, concentrated large-cap focused Category III AIF, built on deep fundamental research and disciplined portfolio construction.

This is a leadership role not a siloed analyst position.

What This Role Will Do

Lead research across sectors and close coverage gaps within the large-cap universe

Generate differentiated, high-conviction ideas

Work closely with the CIO on portfolio construction and risk management

Drive stock debates, sizing decisions, and exit frameworks

Strengthen research processes and documentation standards

Contribute to investor communication and strategy articulation

You will be a core part of the funds investment engine.

Who Were Looking For

712 years of buy-side / institutional research experience

Strong large-cap exposure across multiple sectors

High-quality financial modelling and valuation skills

Independent thinker with strong conviction

Ability to debate ideas at CIO level

CFA / CA / MBA preferred

Most importantly: intellectual honesty, long-term temperament, and ownership mindset.
