Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MDM Validation and Reltio MDM. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and optimizing our master data management processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio MDM to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee the validation of master data to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Optimize MDM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Create and maintain documentation for MDM processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on MDM best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data within the MDM system.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MDM to continuously improve our processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in MDM Validation and Reltio MDM.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data governance and data quality management.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Have experience in conducting data audits and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Display knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Show ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Demonstrate experience in optimizing workflows for efficiency.
  • Have a strong understanding of coding standards and best practices.
  • Be committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Reltio MDM Professional Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)
