Relationship Manager

SR Jungle Resort is expanding our corporate and community outreach initiatives. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional who can represent our resort and build strong connections with corporate groups, associations, and communities to increase bookings and brand presence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, community groups, and associations in the local and regional market.
• Generate leads and actively promote corporate outings, leisure stays, team outings, and day trip packages.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase the resort and its offerings.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients from inquiry to booking completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for group bookings and events.

• 10+ years of experience in client relationship management or direct sales .
• Hospitality or resort industry background strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking capabilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to travel frequently and meet clients in person.
• Multilingual skills such as English, Tamil, Hindi, and/or Malayalam are preferred.
