Job Title: Relationship Manager Banca Sales

Location: Mumbai, MH


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive BFSI product sales through allocated bank branches.
  • Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
  • Generate leads from the banks customer database.
  • Conduct need-based customer meetings and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide post-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.


Candidate Profile:

  • 13 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking.
  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Local candidate preferred with knowledge of Rajkot market.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
