Relationship Manager (B2B)

The Relationship Manager (B2B) will act as a single point of contact for new and existing sub-brokers and business partners. The role involves managing operational services, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling mutual fund operations, providing investment-related support, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a single point of contact for new and existing sub-brokers or B2B partners.
• Coordinating and managing onboarding processes including KYC documentation and compliance requirements.
• Handling complete mutual fund-related processes including transactions, documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintaining strong professional relationships to enhance business growth and client satisfaction
• Assisting clients with market updates, investment coordination and resolving operational queries.
• Resolve partner queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA / CS (Pursuing) OR Finance background candidates
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Stock Market
• Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
• Strong analytical & learning ability
