Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience: 2 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive regulatory reports from ITO teams across Asia and perform required controls within defined timelines/cut-off periods.
• Execute specific control checks such as:
• Variance analysis vs. previous reports
• Consistency checks across current report or related reports
• Reconciliation against alternative data sources
• Investigate breaks by coordinating with respective ITO teams until issues are resolved.
• Provide greenlight approval once all breaks are cleared for submission.
• Maintain detailed tracking of all breaks for daily/weekly KPI reporting.
• Immediately escalate any delays in the control process to concerned stakeholders.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Support process improvements, control enhancements, and overall reporting quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across regions.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives, IRS, FX products, and trade operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of VBA and MS Access considered a significant advantage.
