Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Registrar to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site position where the Registrar will play a key role in managing clinical operations and providing specialized support within the critical care domain. Responsibilities include assessing patient data, creating and implementing care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, and adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of critical care management and clinical operations
• Proficiency in medical documentation, including maintaining accurate and thorough records
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure medical environment
• MBBS degree with additional certifications or training in Critical Care/Emergency Medicine being an advantage
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Experience in critical care, ICU management, or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable
