Function: Training delivery, monitoring, reviewing, planning, and documenting the training activities to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Providing training to store team

Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs to meet program objectives.

Conducting Induction & Refresher training for retail stores.

Planning OJT & Virtual session.

Planning and assessment of training programs.

Provide timely feedback.

Training Feedback Analysis for continual improvement in training function.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in retail and 1 year in the training department with good communication skills.
