## The Role


We're looking for a **mature, strategic sales professional** who can build and scale our operations across **West Bengal, Northeast India, and emerging markets in Central India** (Nagpur, Indore).


This isn't just a sales role - it's a **business-building opportunity** where you'll:


**Own P&L** for a multi-state region targeting **5-7 Crore annual revenue**

**Build and lead** distributed sales teams (10-15 people) across multiple states

**Drive enterprise deals** personally (10L+ annual contracts)

**Establish IPC Bharat** as the market leader in underserved Tier 2/3 cities

**Create strategy** and execute on the ground with full autonomy

## What You'll Own


### 1 **Regional Strategy & P&L Ownership**

- Develop and execute multi-state sales strategy for Eastern & Central India

- Own regional P&L with full accountability for revenue and profitability

- Build state-specific go-to-market plans with localized approaches

- Target: **5-7 Cr regional revenue** with **25%+ EBITDA margins**


### 2 **Team Building & Leadership**

- **Build from scratch:** Recruit, train, and develop state-level sales managers

- **Lead distributed teams:** Manage 10-15 sales professionals across multiple cities

- **Drive performance:** Set territory targets and conduct remote performance management

- **Create systems:** Implement CRM, sales processes, and reporting mechanisms

- **Develop talent:** Coach your team to 80%+ quota achievement


### 3 **Enterprise Sales & Key Accounts**

- **Personally close** high-value deals: 10L+ annual contracts with corporates

- **Target sectors:** Pharma, food manufacturing, hotels, hospitals, logistics

- **C-level relationships:** Develop strategic relationships for account penetration

- **Complex negotiations:** Multi-year contracts with volume commitments

- **Personal quota:** 50-80 Lakhs annually (alongside team targets)

- **Lead RFPs:** Respond to major tenders and deliver winning presentations


### 4 **Market Expansion**

- **New city launches:** Open 2-3 new markets per year

- **Competitive strategy:** Analyze competitors and develop response plans

- **Partnership building:** Establish relationships with industry bodies and associations

- **Local networks:** Build strong local presence in each territory


### 5 **Operational Excellence**

- **Cross-functional leadership:** Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing

- **Service delivery standards:** Ensure 92%+ client retention across region

- **Collections management:** Maintain DSO below 40 days

- **Margin discipline:** Ensure all deals maintain minimum 35% gross margin

### **Non-Negotiable Requirements:**


**Experience:**

- **5-8 years in B2B sales** with consistent record of exceeding targets

- **Minimum 2 years managing multi-location/regional sales operations**

- Experience in **pest control, facility management, HVAC, security, or FM services**

- Proven track record of **building and scaling distributed sales teams**

- Experience selling to **corporates, hotels, hospitals, pharma, food industries**

- **P&L ownership and budget management** experience


**Skills:**

- **Strategic thinking:** Develop and execute multi-state business plans

- **Leadership:** Build, motivate, and manage remote/distributed teams

- **Enterprise selling:** Handle complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals

- **C-level communication:** Present confidently to senior executives

- **Financial acumen:** P&L management, pricing strategy, margin optimization

- **CRM proficiency:** Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems

- **High travel tolerance:** Comfortable with 50-60% travel time
