Regional Sales Associate – Field Operations

We are looking for two dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives with 13 years of experience in construction materials sales. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of products such as fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, aggregates, coarse aggregates, and related building materials.

This is a completely on-field role involving daily site visits across Delhi NCR and Gurugram.

• Visit construction sites across Delhi NCR and Gurugram to generate leads and close sales
• Promote and sell construction materials including:
• Fly Ash Bricks
• AAC Blocks
• Aggregates
• Coarse Aggregates
• Other structural building materials
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and procurement heads
• Identify ongoing and upcoming residential/commercial projects
• Negotiate pricing and close orders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track competitor activities and market demand
• Coordinate with operations/logistics for timely supply

• 13 years of sales experience in construction materials
• Strong product knowledge of fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, aggregates, etc.
• Understanding of site requirements and construction processes
• Existing network in Delhi NCR and Gurugram construction ecosystem (preferred)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel for site visits
• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 per month
