Regional Manager:

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Monitor sell-in, sell-out & inventory levels

Manage stock replenishment and ageing inventory

Support trade schemes, promotions & product launches

Coordinate with store managers and warehouse teams

Prepare sales MIS and performance reports

Ensure VM and brand guideline compliance

Required Skills

Strong understanding of retail trade operations

Good analytical and Excel skills

Strong communication & coordination ability

Ability to travel across stores

Qualification

Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field

4-6 years experience in retail, sports, or lifestyle industry preferred
