Director Regional Technology

The Director, Regional Technology is responsible for the delivery, reliability, and continuous evolution of countryspecific technology services across an assigned region. This role owns regional facilities technology, enduser computing, and local IT operations while ensuring strong alignment with global infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise AI standards.

As the senior technology leader for the region, the Director serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues and regional initiatives, driving execution excellence across offices, labs, and facilities. The role partners closely with Global IT teams and acts as a regional AI enablement leader, supporting responsible AI adoption and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own endtoend regional technology operations across multiple countries and offices
• Serve as the primary technology partner to regional business and operational leaders
• Lead facilities technology, office infrastructure, collaboration systems, and enduser device lifecycle
• Support and maintain regionspecific infrastructure, networks, and applications in partnership with Global IT
• Enable AI adoption across regional IT teams, ensuring compliant, effective use of enterprise AI tools
• Drive regional service delivery, incident management, and ITILbased operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional technology teams
• Manage regional vendors, assets, procurement, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with global security, risk, and governance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regional or multisite environments
• Strong background in enduser computing, facilities technology, infrastructure, and operations
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, networks, and modern AI platforms
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization and engage senior stakeholders

Working Conditions

• Officebased role with occasional regional travel
• Flexibility to support deployments, incidents, and critical initiatives as needed
