Regional Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a technology provider and engineering firm deeply involved in chemistry and industrial processes, driving sustainability in the energy sector. to support the Global team in New Delhi, focusing specifically on the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably from an Engineering/EPC company.

Purpose of the Role:

The Regional HRBP will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and the business, ensuring the people strategy aligns with the regional business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional Managing Director or Plant Manager and their direct reports on all HR and people-agenda matters.

- Understanding current and future challenges impacting the organization's people and advising leaders on effective people management.

- Connecting business issues to HR activities and outcomes, utilizing business acumen to tackle organizational challenges.

- Using data strategically to influence key decisions.

- Strengthening the company culture and overall employee experience.
