About the role
We are looking for a Reddit-native growth expert who understands Reddit beyond surface-level posting and can build visibility and engagement through native-first content.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high-potential subreddits and execute daily posting
- Create engaging titles and native content
- Build and maintain strong karma profiles
- Manage multiple Reddit accounts safely
- Engage with communities and moderators
- Track performance and optimize content using data
