We are initiating a search for a Recruitment Specialist for a high-growth SME in the Building Materials / Construction Materials industry, operating with a strong European collaboration and expansion roadmap.

The role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, plant operations, supply chain, and functional leadership roles. Beyond sourcing and screening, we are looking for someone who understands capability mapping, cultural alignment, and speed without compromising quality.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing or construction-linked industries, strong stakeholder coordination ability, structured tracking systems, and comfort working in growth-stage environments.
