Barker Shoes Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent while strengthening the employer brand and supporting business growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate and company information

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
