Recruitment Coordinator (Coimbatore)

In this key coordination role, youll support scheduling, candidate communication, and keep the day-to-day rhythm of recruiting running smoothly. Youll be the face of Arcana for many candidates so were hoping you bring your own personality, interests, and positive energy into the mix.

What Youll Do

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
• Call candidates directly for scheduling, coordination, and screening
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accuracy in Greenhouse (our ATS) and use tools like Instahyre and LinkedIn
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes efficient
• Help deliver a warm, clear, and consistent candidate experience

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or HR support
• Experience working at a Tier 1 company
• Comfortable with phone-based communication (and not afraid to follow up)
• Highly organized and proactive; strong attention to detail
• Experience with Greenhouse, Instahyre, or LinkedIn is a plus
• Friendly, thoughtful communicator who can represent Arcana well
