Job Description
Recruiters day-to-day job responsibilities shall include:
- Finding candidates for vacancies
- Scheduling interviews and following up after interview
- Connecting with professionals and on boarding them on Corenzas portal
- Managing Corenza Interns and other Employees
- Handling all sourcing responsibility and making strategy for sourcing of job assigned
- Training new interns/ Employees in hiring
- Coordinating with referrer calling team/ marketing team for jobs assigned
- Coordinating with Managers for understanding technical aspects of jobs
- Deeply understanding of job profile and posting them on portal
- Other related tasks as assigned from time to time
