Recruiting Team Lead (US Staffing)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in US Staffing with IT + NON-IT.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
• Great attitude, passion, and drive to be a perfectionist.
• High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 46 recruiters.
• Strong hands-on delivery experience across US IT technologies.
• Proven exposure to VMS/MSP environments.
• Experience supporting Utility and Medical Device clients is preferred.
• This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on delivery and team mentoring.
