Key Responsibilities:

Screen candidate profiles as per the Job Descriptions shared by companies

Source candidates through job portals

Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews

Assist candidates with documentation & joining formalities

Maintain recruitment MIS and send daily reports

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate

1+ year experience in HR / Recruitment

Experience working on Job Portals

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to work independently from home
