Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent who can join our network. Once onboarded, we market these candidates to our clients, connecting them with opportunities that match their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Identify and source qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates across various industries and roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify high-demand skills and roles.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to align with market needs and client requirements.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure all candidates meet the necessary qualifications and eligibility requirements.
- Guide candidates through onboarding, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary information.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their point of contact throughout the recruitment and marketing process.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates as they transition into roles with our clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in US staffing.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to client needs.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing candidates to clients or a background in a staffing agency is a plus.
- Familiarity with niche job markets or specialized industries is advantageous
