Recruiter

Were looking for enthusiastic Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team at Total Environment, a design-led real estate company that believes in quality, creativity, and people-first values.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates across functions
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Stakeholder and candidate communication
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and ensuring smooth hiring process
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree-B.Tech/BE (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)
• Experience: 13 years
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office 5 days a week)

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
