About the Role

NLB Services is looking for an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter/Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder

management, and client coordination, especially for Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.

Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Experiences

For Recruiter

15 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in

Non-IT hiring).

Experience working with client-side hiring teams.

Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support,

etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.

For Team Lead

47 years of recruitment experience

Hand-on experience with team handling and comfortable doing end-to-end recruitment.

Experience working with client-side hiring teams.

Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support,

etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification

Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.
