Hiring: Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience from a recruitment or staffing organization.

Location: Mohan Estate, South Delhi (Hybrid / Remote flexibility)

Notice Period: Immediate 15 Days

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Non-IT recruitment

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills (job portals, social media, networking).

Ability to manage client requirements and candidate pipelines.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
