Job Description
The ideal candidate will excel in this position by supporting recruitment efforts and fulfilling client hiring needs by identifying, sourcing, and presenting suitable candidates for open positions. The recruiter should be capable of understanding client requirements, technical job specifications, and market trends in order to effectively match the right talent with the right opportunity. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be proactive in sourcing and qualifying profiles while building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining a high level of recruitment efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, and other professional networks.
- Review job descriptions and source relevant candidate profiles that match client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience, skills, availability, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer management.
- Support salary negotiation discussions between candidates and clients when required.
- Assist with offer extension and candidate onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Continuously work towards improving recruitment efficiency, submission quality, and turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with working on ATS platforms for candidate tracking and database management.
- Strong ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical or professional roles.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
