Note -This is an internal role at Peoplefy.

• Proven experience and strong exposure into hiring for Engineering and Manufacturing roles .
• Solid understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) requirements.
• Liaising with hiring managers, stakeholders, and clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
• Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Responsible for full cycle of recruiting , starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn & other databases
• Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis

PRE-REQUISITES

• Good understanding and updates on latest recruitment trends on Engineering and Manufacturing hiring
• Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms
• Dynamic & Self-motivated individual
