As we continue to expand our US staffing operations, we are looking to hire experienced US Recruiters in Pune who have worked on hiring for the North America market across any staffing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Screening- Identify and source qualified candidates for various roles across the North America market, including sectors such as Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other professional domains.
• Candidate Engagement- Build strong relationships with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Client Collaboration- Work closely with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Job Advertising- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients across different US time zones (EST / CST / MST / PST).
• Recruitment Tracking- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and placements.
• Compliance- Ensure recruitment processes align with US hiring standards and industry practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in US / North America recruitment (mandatory)
• Experience recruiting for any US staffing sector such as Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharma, Finance, etc.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in US shift timings

Interview Process

• Step 1 Application Review
• Step 2 Video Screening Interview- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an initial video screening interview via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, scheduled based on candidate and management availability.
• Step 3 Final Interview / Walk-In Discussion- Selected candidates may be invited for a final discussion at our Pune office.
