Job Description

iRage is looking for an enthusiastic intern to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. You'll support recruitment across all levels and functions, with a special focus on campus hiring and early-career programs.


This is 6 months on site internship.


Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for recruitment activities, including on-site and virtual interviews, assessments, and selection events.
  • Process offer letters for interns and full-time hires, maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with internal recruitment teams & recruitment partners, to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
